If you have any issues with playback, it is likely that this would be related to your internet download speed.

To optimise download speeds, we suggest closing all other apps on the device you’re using to view the stream, and disconnecting any other devices from the wifi network that might be using up bandwidth (e.g. by putting other devices in airplane mode).

Please note that Vimeo is the livestreaming platform that we use - if Vimeo is blocked in your country (e.g. China, Indonesia) you will need to use a VPN in order to access the stream.
